RIVAL stores account details, teams, competition results, messages and evidence to operate the platform. Match conversations and proof are restricted to participating players and authorized staff. Support conversations are restricted to the requester and authorized support staff.

Your advertising choice

Premium members receive no ads. When enabled, Google AdSense may use cookies, device identifiers, IP addresses and browser information for ad delivery, fraud prevention, measurement and personalization, subject to your choices. Google’s consent messages manage applicable regional choices. RIVAL loads Google services only after you choose to allow them. Ad requests remain paused until a supported consent response is available. You can decline and continue using RIVAL.

RIVAL currently offers manually entered AdSense reports in the owner dashboard. Google’s own reports remain the source of truth for earnings. Ad clicks are never used for player rewards.

Learn how Google uses information from partner sites. Use the “Ad privacy choices” control on public arena pages to withdraw your site-level choice. A reload clears any previously loaded ad code.

Account and data requests

Open the headset support inbox and create an account-help ticket to request account assistance, correction, deletion or information about retained evidence. Do not send passwords or payment details. Evidence may be retained while a competition dispute is reviewed.
